Paste the CSV export (Street Address, City, Emails, Phones). I create the leads, skip rows with no email, flag anyone already in your CRM (so an existing contact is never cold-mailed), and enroll the rest in the 4-email Expired sequence. Email 1 waits for your approval; 2–4 auto-send, stopping on any reply.
