Legacy Properties ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect through our website and property-search tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Property activity such as listings you save, collections you view, tour requests, and feedback you leave, so we can serve your search.

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, provide real estate services, share listings and market information you request, coordinate showings and appointments, and manage your transaction. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics & advertising cookies

Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads. These services place cookies and collect standard technical information — the pages you view, links and buttons you click (including calls placed from the site and inquiry forms you submit), your approximate location, your device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site — so we can understand how the site is used and measure the results of our advertising.
