Legacy Properties ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect through our website and property-search tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Contact information you provide on our forms: name, email address, phone number, and property preferences or questions you share with us.
• Property activity such as listings you save, collections you view, tour requests, and feedback you leave, so we can serve your search.
• Transaction information needed to manage your purchase or sale when you become a client.

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, provide real estate services, share listings and market information you request, coordinate showings and appointments, and manage your transaction. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text-message services that deliver our messages.
• We text only people who have given express consent. Message frequency varies with your activity — typically a few messages per week or fewer.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Sharing

We keep client and transaction records for as long as California real estate law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
