SMS terms & conditions.

1. Program. The Legacy Properties SMS program sends text messages about your real estate inquiry and transaction: appointment and showing reminders, listing updates and curated home collections, transaction status updates, and replies to questions you send us.
2. Opt-in. You can receive messages only after giving express consent — by checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms (never pre-checked), by agreeing to messaging terms in our property-search portal, or by giving us consent directly, which we record with the date. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your activity — typically a few messages per week or fewer.
4. Fees. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Check with your carrier for details.
5. Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming your opt-out and nothing further. To rejoin, opt in again through any of the methods above.

7. Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
8. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
9. Changes. We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
