Legacy Properties ("we") sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who have given us their express consent. This page describes the program.
Messages relate to your real estate inquiry and transaction: appointment and showing reminders, listing updates and curated home collections, transaction status updates, and replies to questions you send us. Message frequency varies with your activity — typically a few messages per week or fewer.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms (it is never pre-checked), by registering through our property-search portal and agreeing to its messaging terms, or by giving us your consent directly, which we record with the date. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (209) 559-4966 or SaraSellsCalifornia@gmail.com. After you reply STOP we send at most one confirmation of your opt-out and nothing further.
