I've been a full-time real estate agent in the Sierra Foothills since 2022, working across Murphys, Arnold, Angels Camp, Valley Springs, Sonora, and the surrounding Calaveras, Tuolumne, and Amador County communities.
One thing I can say honestly: it's rare that a transaction goes by where we don't find something worth addressing — a well or septic question, something buried in the disclosures, an insurance detail, a financing snag. Some of that comes from training. I'm an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) and a certified transaction coordinator, so I'm looking closely at contracts, deadlines, and contingencies as a matter of course. Much of it comes from hands on experience, which tends to make you notice things other people walk past.
For sellers, that same attention carries into marketing. I handle professional video, drone photography, and Matterport 3D tours for my own listings, so properties get shown the way they actually deserve — especially foothill properties, which usually need more than a few photos to convey what makes them valuable.
